This LIZZIE is constructed from the rosettes of a vintage yo-yo quilt in soft, muted calico tones, arranged in a tidy grid of squares that feels heirloom and quiet and timeless.

A mini caftan with a flowing, oversized drape and dramatic open sleeves, falling to a flattering mini length. Tacked at the waist to create shape and a flattering silhouette, while the open sleeves and drape keep her easy and breezy.

Pulls over and moves with you, equally at home over bare legs and boots, a swimsuit, or something more dressed up for supper.

Each rosette was hand-stitched by American women in the early to mid 1900s. The rosettes are never cut. They are released from the quilt and given a second life, making every LIZZIE one of one.
